The following individuals are also not permitted to use CID 666:

• Promotional offers may be changed or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.

CID 666 has a set of core betting rules that all members are required to follow.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified — the only exception is using the cash-out feature, where available.
• CID 666 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a match where a technical error or incorrect odds were applied.
• The official announcement by the relevant sports governing body shall be considered final in determining the outcome.
• If a match is abandoned mid-way, the stake for that bet will be refunded — unless the official result had already been determined.
• Odds in in-play betting can change rapidly. The odds displayed at the moment a bet is placed will be the ones that apply.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on CID 666 and will result in permanent account closure:

• Bonus abuse — claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or false information.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Placing bets based on match-fixing or insider information.
• Money laundering or transferring funds through illegal means.
• Attempting to access another user's account or breach the platform's security.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors for abnormal winnings.

CID 666 may suspend or permanently close your account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms and Conditions.
• If false information is found during KYC verification.
• If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is suspected.
• Extended account inactivity — typically 12 months without any activity.
• If the user requests self-exclusion.

Before closing an account, CID 666 will attempt to notify the user via email or SMS. However, in cases of serious violations, action may be taken without prior notice.
